Vegetable Manchurian Recipe (वेजिटेबल मंचूरियन रेसिपी)

Ingredients:

For the Vegetable Balls:

– 1 cup grated cabbage

– 1/2 cup grated carrots

– 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)

– 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions

– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

– 2 tablespoons cornstarch

– 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

– 1 teaspoon soy sauce

– Salt and pepper to taste

For the Manchurian Sauce

– 1 tablespoon Soyug gold Soyabean oil

– 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic

– 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger

– 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions (white part)

– 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon chili sauce

– 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

– 1 tablespoon vinegar

– 1 teaspoon sugar

– 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 2 cups water

Instructions:

**1. Prepare the Vegetable Balls:**

   a. In a large mixing bowl, combine grated cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and spring onions.

   b. Add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a dough.

   c. Shape the mixture into small balls and set aside.

   d. Heat Soyug Gold Refined Soyabean oil in a pan for deep frying. Fry the vegetable balls until golden brown and crisp. Remove and drain excess Soyug Gold Refined Soyabean oil on a paper towel.

2. Make the Manchurian Sauce:

   a. Heat Soyug Gold Refined Soyabean oil in a wok or pan. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.

   b. Add chopped spring onions (white part) and bell peppers. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.

   c. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add this sauce mixture to the pan and stir well.

   d. Pour in 2 cups of water and let it simmer for a few minutes.

   e. Add the cornstarch-water mixture to the sauce, stirring continuously to thicken it.

   f. Once the sauce reaches your desired consistency, add the fried vegetable balls. Mix gently to coat the balls with the sauce.

3. Serve:

   a. Garnish with chopped spring onions (green part).

   b. Vegetable Manchurian can be served as a side dish with fried rice or noodles.

• 1 छोटी चम्मच मैदा को 2 बड़े चम्मच पानी के साथ मिलाकर गाढ़ा करने के लिए
• नमक और कालीमिर्च स्वाद के अनुसार
• 2 कप पानी

निर्देश:
