Ingredients / सामग्री:
- 1 cup green peas (मटर)
- 200g paneer (पनीर)
- 2 medium-sized potatoes (आलू)
- 1 onion, finely chopped (प्याज)
- 2 tomatoes, pureed (टमाटर)
- 1/2 cup fresh cream (मलाई)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste (अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट)
- 1 tsp garam masala (गरम मसाला)
- 1 tsp red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
- Salt to taste (नमक स्वाद अनुसार)
- Soyug Gold Soyabean Oil for frying (सोयुग गोल्ड सोयाबीन तेल तलने के लिए)
Instructions / निर्देश:
1. Preparing the Kofta / कोफ्ता तैयार करना:
- Boil the green peas and potatoes until they are soft. (मटर और आलू को उबालें जब तक वे नरम नहीं हो जाते हैं।)
- Mash them together in a bowl. (उन्हें एक बाउल में मसल दें।)
- Add crumbled paneer, salt, garam masala, and red chili powder. Mix well. (कुचले हुए पनीर, नमक, गरम मसाला, और लाल मिर्च पाउडर डालें। अच्छे से मिलाएँ।)
- Shape the mixture into small balls to make koftas. (मिश्रण को छोटे गोले बनाएं।)
2. Frying the Kofta / कोफ्ता तलना:
- Heat oil in a pan for frying. (तलने के लिए एक पैन में तेल गरम करें।)
- Fry the koftas until they turn golden brown. (कोफ्ते सुनहरे भूरे होने तक तलें।)
- Once fried, remove them from the oil and keep them aside. (तलने के बाद, उन्हें तेल से निकालें और एक तरफ रखें।)
3. Making the Gravy / ग्रेवी बनाना:
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, and sauté until they turn golden brown. (एक पैन में तेल गरम करें, कटी हुई प्याज डालें और सुनहरे भूरे होने तक सौटें।)
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. (अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट डालें और एक मिनट के लिए सौटें।)
- Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates. (टमाटर का प्यूरी डालें और तेल अलग होने तक पकाएँ।)
- Add salt, garam masala, and turmeric powder. Mix well. (नमक, गरम मसाला, और हल्दी पाउडर डालें। अच्छे से मिलाएँ।)
- Pour in the fresh cream and mix well. (मलाई डालें और अच्छे से मिलाएँ।)
4. Assembling the Dish / डिश को लेकर संयोजन:
- Add the fried koftas to the gravy and let them simmer for a few minutes. (तले हुए कोफ्ते को ग्रेवी में डालें और उन्हें कुछ मिनट के लिए सिम पर रखें।)
- Garnish with fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves. (ताजी मलाई और कटी हुई धनिया पत्तियों से सजाएँ।)
- Serve hot with roti, naan, or rice. (रोटी, नान, या चावल के साथ गरमा गरम परोसें।)
