Bombay Potato Recipe / बॉम्बे आलू रेसिपी

Ingredients / सामग्री:

• 4 medium Potatoes, diced / ४ मध्यम आलू, कटा हुआ
• 2 tablespoons Oil / २ बड़े चमच तेल
• 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds / १ छोटा चमच सरसों के बीज
• 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds / १ छोटा चमच जीरा
• 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder / १ छोटा चमच हल्दी पाउडर
• 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder / १ छोटा चमच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
• 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder / १ छोटा चमच धनिया पाउडर
• Salt to taste / स्वाद अनुसार नमक
• 2 Green Chilies, chopped / २ हरी मिर्च, कटा हुआ
• 1 inch Ginger, grated / १ इंच अदरक, कद्दूकस किया हुआ
• 2 Tomatoes, chopped / २ टमाटर, कटा हुआ
• Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped for garnish / हरा धनिया, सजाने के लिए कटा हुआ

Instructions / निर्देश:

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them crackle. / एक पैन में तेल गरम करें। सरसों और जीरा डालें। उन्हें फटने दें।
2. Add diced potatoes to the pan. Fry until they turn golden brown. / पैन में कटी हुई आलू डालें। उन्हें सुनहरा होने तक तलें।
3. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well. / अब हल्दी पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, और नमक डालें। अच्छे से मिलाएं।
