Aloo Samosa Roll Recipe / आलू समोसा रोल रेसिपी

Ingredients / सामग्री:

• For Dough / आटे के लिए:
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour (Maida) / 2 कप मैदा
  • 2 tablespoons Soyug Gold Refined Soyabean Oil / 2 बड़े चम्मच सोयुग गोल्ड रिफाइंड सोयाबीन तेल
  • 1/2 teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain) / 1/2 छोटा चम्मच अजवाइन
  • Salt to taste / स्वाद अनुसार नमक
  • Water as needed / आवश्यकता अनुसार पानी
• For Filling / भरावन के लिए:
  • 4 Potatoes, boiled and mashed / 4 आलू, उबले और मैश किए हुए
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped / 1 प्याज, बारीक कटा हुआ
  • 2 Green Chilies, finely chopped / 2 हरी मिर्च, बारीक कटी हुई
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste / 1 छोटा चम्मच अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds / 1 छोटा चम्मच जीरा
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder / 1 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder / 1 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala / 1 छोटा चम्मच गरम मसाला
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder) / 1 छोटा चम्मच अमचूर पाउडर
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped / ताजा धनिया पत्ते, कटे हुए
  • Salt to taste / स्वाद अनुसार नमक
  • 2 tablespoons Soyug Gold Refined Soyabean Oil / 2 बड़े चम्मच सोयुग गोल्ड रिफाइंड सोयाबीन तेल

Instructions / निर्देश:

Preparing the Dough / आटा तैयार करना:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, carom seeds, and salt. Add Soyug Gold Refined Soyabean Oil and mix well. एक मिक्सिंग बाउल में मैदा, अजवाइन और नमक मिलाएं। सोयुग गोल्ड रिफाइंड सोयाबीन तेल डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएं।
2. Add water gradually to form a soft dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. धीरे-धीरे पानी डालें और नरम आटा गूंध लें। आटे को ढककर 15-20 मिनट के लिए आराम करने दें।

Preparing the Filling / भरावन तैयार करना:

1. Heat Soyug Gold Refined Soyabean Oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. पैन में सोयुग गोल्ड रिफाइंड सोयाबीन तेल गरम करें। जीरा डालें और उन्हें चटकने दें।
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. कटा हुआ प्याज डालें और सुनहरा भूरा होने तक भूनें।
3. Add green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for a minute. हरी मिर्च और अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट डालें। एक मिनट के लिए भूनें।
4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well. हल्दी पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, गरम मसाला, और नमक डालें। अच्छी तरह मिलाएं।
5. Add boiled and mashed potatoes, amchur powder, and fresh coriander leaves. Mix everything thoroughly and cook for 2-3 minutes. उबले और मैश किए हुए आलू, अमचूर पाउडर, और ताजे धनिया पत्ते डालें। सब कुछ अच्छी तरह मिलाएं और 2-3 मिनट के लिए पकाएं।

Assembling the Samosa Rolls / समोसा रोल बनाना:

1. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin oval shape. आटे को छोटे गोले में बांटें और प्रत्येक गोले को पतले अंडाकार आकार में बेल लें।
2. Cut the oval shape in half to form two semi-circles. अंडाकार आकार को आधा काटें ताकि दो अर्धवृत्त बन जाएं।

Frying the Samosa Rolls / समोसा रोल तलना:
