शाही काजू मोती पुलाव (Shahi Kaju Moti Pulao)

सामग्री:

• २ कप बासमती चावल
• १/२ कप काजू (कटा हुआ)
• १/२ कप मोती दाने
• १/२ कप मलाई
• १/२ कप दही
• १/४ कप तेल
• २ बड़े प्याज (कद्दुकस किया हुआ)
• २ छोटे टमाटर (कद्दुकस किया हुआ)
• १ टेस्पून अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
• १/२ टेस्पून गरम मसाला
• १/२ टेस्पून शाही पनीर मसाला
• १/४ टेस्पून हल्दी पाउडर
• १ छोटी चम्मच सोंफ
• नमक स्वाद के अनुसार

विधी:

१. सबसे पहले, चावल को धोकर उबालने के लिए रखें।

२. एक पैन में तेल गरम करें और सोंफ को तड़कें।

३. अब प्याज और अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट डालें और सुनहरा होने तक भूनें।

४. टमाटर डालें और उन्हें भूनें जब तक तेल अलग नहीं हो जाए।

५. अब काजू और मोती डालें और उन्हें भूनें।

६. अब मलाई, दही, गरम मसाला, शाही पनीर मसाला, हल्दी पाउडर, और नमक डालें।

७. सभी सामग्री अच्छे से मिला लें और फिर उबालने वाले चावलों को डालें।

८. चावलों को अच्छे से मिला लें और धीमी आंच पर ढककर १५-२० मिनट तक धमा करें।

९. शाही काजू मोती पुलाव तैयार है, सर्व करें और आनंद लें!

Shahi Kaju Moti Pulao (Royal Cashew Pearl Pilaf)

Ingredients:

• 2 cups basmati rice
• 1/2 cup cashews (chopped)
• 1/2 cup pearl beads
• 1/2 cup cream
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1/4 cup Soyug Gold Soya bean oil
• 2 large onions (finely chopped)
• 2 small tomatoes (chopped)
• 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
• 1/2 teaspoon shahi paneer masala
• 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 small spoon fennel seeds
• Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Start by washing the rice and keeping it aside for boiling.
2. Heat Soyug Gold Soya bean oil in a pan and temper it with fennel seeds.
3. Add chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste, sauté until golden.
4. Add tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
5. Now, add cashews and pearls, and sauté them.
6. Add cream, yogurt, garam masala, shahi paneer masala, turmeric powder, and salt.
7. Mix everything well and then add the boiled rice.
8. Mix the rice thoroughly and cover it, let it simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
9. Shahi Kaju Moti Pulao is ready to be served, enjoy your royal meal!
